Congratulations to Erica Tipton

 

We are delighted to learn that one of our member's wives has received a prestigious award. Erica Tipton has been honoured with the British Empire medal for her years of exemplary charitable service in West Berks. Erica was presented with her medal by James Puxley, Lord Lieutenant of Berkshire, on March 7th.

Erica, whose husband is David Tipton - a member of Probus since 2004, has lived in Bucklebury since 1974. Over the years she has  championed many community causes and has been a parish councillor, chair of West Berkshire Patient Panel and also the chair of Macmillan Cancer Support, Newbury.
